How it works

    Pick a time

    Choose a drop-off slot from our calendar and tell us how many loads you're bringing.

    Drop it off

    Bring your laundry in a bag or basket. Want it packed in your own bags? Drop off clean ones with your laundry and we'll use them. Add any notes, like fragrance-free or hang-dry items, when you book. Once we weigh your load, we'll text you the cost.

    Pick up fresh

    Drop off by 8 AM and it's ready the same day. Drop off before noon and it's ready within 24 hours. When it's clean, folded, stacked and bagged, we'll text you that it's ready, with how to pay by PayPal or Venmo.

Questions

What counts as a load?

Roughly one standard washer full, about a full laundry basket. You pay by the pound either way, so the load count just helps us plan the day. If you're not sure, book your best guess.

How do I pay?

We take PayPal or Venmo. After we weigh your laundry at drop-off, we'll text you the cost. When it's ready, we'll text you again with how to pay.

Can I bring my own bags?

Yes. Everything comes back folded and bagged. If you'd like it packed in your own bags, drop off clean ones with your laundry and we'll use them.

Where do I drop off?

We send the drop-off address with your booking details.

Can I make special requests?

Yes. Add notes when you book: fragrance-free, delicates, items to hang dry, how you like things folded. We follow them.

How fast will my laundry be ready?

Drop off by 8 AM and it's ready the same day, which works well if you drop it on your way to work. Drop off before noon and it's ready within 24 hours.

What products do you use?

Eco-friendly, plant-based detergents that are gentle on skin and fabric.

What if something gets damaged?

We take good care of every load, but fabric can fade, shrink or wear with any washing. Please check pockets and leave out dry-clean-only items, anything with horse hair, and heavy blankets (we use a regular home washer). If we make a mistake, tell us within 48 hours and we'll refund that drop-off. The details are in our drop-off terms.
